富良野チーズ工房は、 �@年末年始休業 12月31日（水）〜1月3日（土）　4日間 �A年内最終営業日 12月30日（火）は、15時で閉店いたします。 �B１〜２月は毎週月曜日定休日となります。 　1/5、1/12、1/19、1/26 　2/2、2/9、2/16、2/23　　8日間 何卒、ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、ご理解を賜りますようお願いいたします。 Furano Cheese Factory will be closed for the New Year's holiday from Wednesday, December 31st to Saturday, January 3rd (4 days). Last business day of the year: We will close at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 30th. Closed every Monday from January to February: January 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th. February 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd (8 days). We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

■ 11月18日富良野は一気に雪景色！！

2025年11月18日（火）

昨日、日中の雨から雪に代わり、今朝は10〜15cmの積雪、富良野市民の皆さんは、朝から除雪に大変だったことと思います。 チーズ工房も本来は業者と12月1日からの除雪契約ですが、急遽お願いし、今シーズン初の除雪となりました。 道路も圧雪状態、冬道の始まり、どうぞお気をつけて、来場ください。 皆様のお越しをお待ちしております。 Yesterday, the daytime rain turned to snow, and this morning there was 10-15cm of snow, so I'm sure the people of Furano had a hard time clearing it all this morning. The Cheese Factory originally had a contract with a snow removal contractor to start on December 1st, but we asked them to help out at short notice, and this was the first snow removal of the season. The roads are packed with snow, and as winter approaches, please be careful when visiting. We look forward to seeing you.

■ 11月1日（土）から冬期営業となっています。

既にお知らせはしていますが、11月1日（土）から冬期営業となっています。 閉館は16時と１時間早くなります。 北海道・富良野はこの3連休、寒く雨風が強く、残念な連休になっています。 皆様も外出の際は、十分お気をつけ、無理をしないよう お勧めします。 チーズ工房は、皆様をお待ちしております。 As we have already announced, we are now operating on our winter schedule starting from November 1st (Saturday). Closing time will be one hour earlier, at 4 PM. This three-day weekend in Furano, Hokkaido, has been unfortunately cold, windy, and rainy. We recommend that everyone take extra caution when going out and avoid overexertion. We look forward to welcoming you at the cheese factory.

■ 昨日から今朝にかけての雪で、桜の枝が折れました。	2025年10月29日（水）
昨日から今朝にかけ、富良野では約10cmの湿った雪が降りました。 今朝、雪かきをされた方は重く大変だったことと思います。 朝、チーズ工房・チーズ公園等を見回っていると奈良県吉野町からいただき植樹した桜、最も大きく成長していた桜の枝が雪の重みにより枝の分かれ目から枝１本が裂けて垂れていました。残念！！ 仕方ないので、裂けた枝を片付けました。 各地で雪の重みで倒木があったと報道がありました。 さて、皆さんは、冬支度進んでいますか？

■ 今日、富良野は雪景色！！	2025年10月28日（火）
今日10月28日、富良野エリアは今年初めての雪景色となっています。 これまで山は白くなってきていましたが、遂に平地でも雪景色となってきました。 根雪にはまだ早いと思いますが、真冬ももうすぐそこまで来ています。 チーズ工房の社員、風邪が流行っています。 寒くなる季節、体調管理、そして、車など冬支度をされていない方、準備をお願いいたします。

■ 11月14日（金）ピッツア工房は13時オープンとなります。

既にご案内していますが、富良野チーズ工房は全館、11月11日（火）〜11月13日（木）の間、機械等整備及び社員のリフレッシュのために休業いたします。 そのため、ピッツア工房は、薪窯の火入れ・温め、及びピッツァの生地や具材の仕込みがあるため、通常営業開始でには間に合わず、13時からにずれ込みます。 何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。 11月14日（金）13時オープン As previously announced, Furano Cheese Factory will be closed from November 11th (Tuesday) to November 13th (Thursday) for equipment maintenance and staff rest. Therefore, the pizza workshop will not be able to open at its usual time due to the time required for firing and warming the wood-fired oven, and preparing the pizza dough and ingredients. It will instead open at 13:00. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Opening on November 14th (Friday) at 13:00

日増しに秋めき、朝夕も気温が下がるこの頃となりました。 チーズ工房周辺では落ち葉が多くなり、毎朝の落ち葉清掃も大変となってきています。 さて、チーズ工房は、11月1日（土）より、冬営業となり、閉館時間が1時間早まり16時となります。 お間違えのないようお願いいたします。 11月1日（土）〜翌3月31日（火）まで営業時間は9：00〜16：00となります。 ピッツア工房は、通年10：30〜16：00の営業です。 なお、1月〜2月毎週月曜日定休日といたします。 November 1st (Sat) - March 31st (Tue) Open: 9:00 AM Close: 4:00 PM January and February: Closed every Monday

■ 明日10月24日（金）よりアイスミルク工房は閉鎖し、チーズ工房売店でアイスミルク類は販売します。

本日10月23日（木）をもって、アイスミルク工房は今期の営業は終了いたしました。 春より多くのお客坂にご来場いただきましたことに厚く御礼申し上げます。 なお、本日は、事前に告知もさせていただきましたが移転準備のため、16時にて全館閉館といたしました。 中々、お客様がお帰りにならず、準備が進まないため、少々きつめに対応させていただきましたことお詫び申し上げます。 明日、10月24日（金）からは、チーズ工房売店でアイスミルクは販売いたしますので、引き続きご愛顧いただきますようお願い申し上げます。 日増しに寒くなっております。 くれぐれもご自愛ください。 富良野チーズ工房　専務　亀渕 As of today, October 23rd (Thursday), Ice Milk Factory has closed for the season.
