今シーズンも、ご愛顧いただいた「アイスミルク工房」 10月23日（木）をもって、営業を終了いたします。 10月24日（金）からは、チーズ工房売店で対応いたします。 ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。 来年は、4月20日頃からの開始を予定しております。 Thank you for your patronage! Our beloved Ice Milk Factory will be closing for the season as of Thursday, October 23rd. From Friday, October 24th, we will be operating at the Cheese Factory Shop. 昨日、9月28日（日）秋晴れの晴天に恵まれた「2025ふらのチーズ祭り」、市民をはじめ、多くの方々が来場され、一日、思い思いに楽しく過ごされ、盛会に終えることができました。2年振りの開催、社員による手作りイベントです。 また、市内飲食店等６店の出店、市内中高吹奏楽部の演奏、ポニーの状だ体験など華を添えていただきました。 また、来年も行いたいと思っておりますので、ご期待ください。 なお、当日の運営について、ご意見もいただきました。 少しでもブラッシュアップできるよ尽力してまいります。 Yesterday, Sunday, September 28th, we were blessed with clear autumn skies for the 2025 Furano Cheese Festival, which was attended by many people, including local residents, who enjoyed the day in their own way and concluded the event with great success. This was the first time the festival had been held in two years, and it was a handmade event organized by our employees. We were also delighted to see six local restaurants and other establishments set up, performances by the city's junior and senior high school brass bands, and a pony riding experience, all adding to the excitement. We hope to hold the festival again next year, so please look forward to it. We also received feedback on the operation of the day, and we will do our best to improve it even a little.

「第24回　2025　ふらのチーズ祭り」の開催についてお知らせいたします。 コロナ過は中止、そして、2023年再開しましたが、昨年は休止しました「ふらのチーズ祭り」、今年は2年振りに復活開催いたします。 日頃ご愛顧いただいています市民をはじめ、訪れていただいている皆さんに、感謝の意味も込め、富良野農産公社の職員による手作りのお祭りを開催します。 〇開催日　令和7年9月28日（日）10：00〜15：00 〇場　所　チーズ公園及び各施設内 ※但し、当日雨天の場合は、屋外でのイベント等は中止にさせていただきます。 〇主な内容 　・市内飲食店等によるふらのチーズを使った当日メニューにお販売（とみ川・ナポレオン食堂・FOOD FUN・くんえん工房YAMADORI・にはらパン工房・ふらのワイン） 　・ミニゲームコーナー（10：00〜14：00） 　・西中・東中・富良野高吹奏楽部の演奏（10：30〜12：00） 　・遊馬さんのポニーの乗馬体験（12：30〜14：00） 　・チーズ・ピッツア・アイスミルク等10％OFF 　・お買い物1500円毎に福引抽選を実施 　など 〇その他 　・駐車場は地域会館（育良会館）・マルハニチロ様職員駐車場をお借りし、臨時駐車場も開設しますが限りがあります。 　ふらの駅噴水公園横、市役所駐車横からシャトルバスを運行します。市民に皆様におかれましては、シャトルバスをご利用いただければ幸いです。ご利用いただいた方にはふらの牛乳をプレゼントいたします。 以上、お知らせいたします。 当日、天候に恵まれることを祈念しています。 �鰍ﾓらの農産公社　社員一同

■ 手づくり体験の予約システムを導入します。

手づくり体験は、毎日多くのお客様に利用いただき、好評をいただいておりますことに感謝いたします。 つきましては、原則予約をお願いしており、当日が空きがあれば当日も利用可能とさせていただいております。 そこで、メールでの予約も多数いただきます。 しかし、この対応も人海戦術でこなしていますが、海外からのメールもあり、時間がかかるのが実態です。 そこで、近日中にホームぺージに予約サイトをアップし、ホテルや飛行機等の予約と同じように変更いたします。 予約サイトの他、電話での問い合わせもありますので、全ての定員をシステムで受付するものではありませんが、メールでの予約はなくなり、システムからの予約となります。 運用していくなかで運用後の変更もあると思いますが、社員の省力化にご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。 富良野チーズ工房　 We are grateful that our handmade experience is well received and enjoyed by many customers every day. As such, we ask that you make a reservation in advance, and if there is availability on the day, we will allow the experience to be used on that day. As such, we also receive many reservations by email. However, we are managing this with a human-powered approach, and as we also receive emails from overseas, it takes time. Therefore, we will soon be adding a reservation site to our website and making changes to the reservation system in the same way as hotel and flight reservations. 7/29（火）16時閉店となります。 7/29（火）第57回北海へそ祭り2日目、チーズ工房は職員へそ踊り参加準備のため、チーズ工房・アイスミルク工房・ピッツア工房は全て16時で閉店いたします。 ご迷惑をお掛けしますが、ご理解を賜りますようおねがいいたします。 We will be closing at 4pm on Tuesday, July 29th. On the second day of the 57th Hokkai Belly Button Festival, on Tuesday, July 29th, the Cheese Factory, Ice Milk Factory, and Pizza Factory will all be closing at 4pm as staff will be preparing to participate in the Belly Button Dance. ■ メールでの手づくり体験予約について

ホームページ手作り体験のページに記載しておりますとおり、メールチェックは専属の職員がいて行うのではなく、暇を見て時間のある時、夕方が多くなります。 そのため、メール予約は最低3日前までとさせていただいております。 明日というメールをいただいても、返信できない場合があります。 そのため、申し訳ありませんが、3日以上期間のなく、体験を申し込まれたい方は、電話または直接売店カウンターでお越しください。 よろしくお願いいたします。 なお、ホームページからの予約方法は、近いうちに変更する予定ですので申し添えます。 As stated on the Handmade Experience page on our website, emails are not checked by dedicated staff, but rather are checked in the evenings when they have free time. For this reason, reservations by email must be made at least three days in advance. If we receive an email saying that the experience will arrive tomorrow, we may not be able to reply.
